Hot on the heels of the release, they are back in the studio, hard at work on their next proper release, a follow-up to 2011's <i>Battleground.</i></P><P>"Well, you know, it's going to be a new leaf for us because we've compiled all our three years of stuff into the EP, so now it's a new, fresh start for us," Jay McGuiness explained to MTV News. "The singles we started writing and recording, so far, we're excited about. But it's still gonna be parties for the Wanted. I think it's gonna be a few surprises too."</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="The Wanted's New Album Will Be A 'Fresh Start'" id="vid:768763" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>Those surprises could come in the form of some cameos on the in-the-works record. "We went out there and we're like, 'You know what? I think we can change people's perspectives of the '90s boy bands,' " Parker explained.
